I ordered my earphones from LendMeUrWars and I received my parcel today. The box was a bit lighter than what I originally presumed and when I opened it, I knew why. I received no earphones just a pouch and styrofoam.

Was the two pieces of tape still keeping the box closed? Or did it look like someone opened it up and took them? Weird as hell.

The box was sealed by the tape. It's like they were too lazy to put my earphones into the box and shipped it anyways. Completely absurd

If that's the case, it's on VSonic rather than LMUE.

Yea, I'd blame VSonic for forgetting to pack the IEMs, but also LMUE for shipping it out without noticing

LMUE has always been a great company to do business with and quick to fix mistakes in my experience. I wouldn't think they'd make you do that in this situation.

LMUE will definitely do whatever they can to rectify your issues. I remember I pre ordered my red/blue VSD3S at a lower price because they forgotten to update the price in their listing. They honored the lower price without question as it was an oversight on their part.

Not really sure what you mean.  VSD3 or VSD3S is sold for about $45 (like here from Penonaudio: http://penonaudio.com/VSONIC-VSD3S) and it comes with OFC cable.  If you want to upgrade it to silver-plated cable (more expensive, higher quality), you have to pay additional $32.50 - http://penonaudio.com/VSONIC-Upgraded-Cable
 
Pure silver cable is not available and I'm sure it will cost over $100, easily
 
Regarding first vs second/new batch of VSD3/VSD3S cables, I have black VSD3S from the original batch and blue/red VSD3S from the 2nd batch and also black VDS3 from the second batch, and connector improvement between first and second batches is noticeable.

can you post a picture between the first and second batch cables please?

were the factory seal opened/any sign of tampered when you unboxed?.....whats the response (most recent) from LMUE?......
