1 - Please read my previous posts. What you’re describing adds to the picture of quality control issues.

2 - It’s not a volume control. It controls gain. A different thing. The number of clicks will vary for all sorts of reasons. It’s nothing to be concerned about but there’s no need to stop when all white shows. Just stop when the gain produces the volume that’s comfortable for you.

I bought my unit used so I'm not sure what happened. If I remember right, the warranty is for two years. That seems adequate to me.

I can’t check it out now because my 23R is in service but if I recall right it was about 30W in idle and during load (headphones and speakers).

About 30 idle, max 100. Never saw more then 60 on load for mine.

Zielarz, what does in service mean?
It’s in repair at Enleum. It has an issue with volume blocking at about 12 o’clock - the gain control is rotating but the music is not getting quieter but it can go louder (but not in linear manner).

At back, right bottom corner after Enleum Amp-23R there’s No and then the number. It’ll be rather short like three digits.
