The New Enleum AMP-23R Amplifier (Successor to Bakoon AMP-13R) Thread

I bought a new streamer and contemplating using its volume control. This way I can use my iPad. Would there be any issue using the 23R to its maximum gain position? I don't know about the gain other than what's in the manual.
Always keep the gain on any amp as low as possible to minimise noise.

For this, set your streamer to max volume, then swing the gain knob on the 23R till its as loud as you could possibly want it, then that is your gain setting on your 23R which stays fixed. You can then digitally adjust volume on the streamer (via ipad) to have an output volume between zero and your loudest setting while keeping noise minimised.

I have a V1 23R and it seems like the right RCA input is slowly dying. There is channel imbalance and distortion. Does anyone have information on how to engage Enleum support?

This happened to mine. Reach out to Soo In Chae, the designer. He's great and will get it fixed for you.

Mine did this as well. Oddly it was on the low gain and high gain was fine. I switched from headphones to speakers and the problem went away. Don't know why but this amp sounds so good with speakers that I gave up headphone listening. I hope you get it fixed.
