I had HD650, HD595, none of these headphones outstand PXC-450 that I have.

PXC-450 is so comfortable better than Denons, Beyerdynamic. :)

My ranking of headphones I've owned:

HD 800 >= HD 580 > DT 990 > HE-6 > M50 >= Q701 >>> SRH 940

I have a big head, so the headbands on the Q701 and SRH 940 really dig into my skull. For people with normal sized heads, I'd bet the Q701 and SRH 940 jump ahead of the HE-6.

The beats are so uncomfortable. If you have ever worn them for longer than an hour. Its horrid.

I've tried the hd800's and they don't feel like there is anything there, so they really don't provide comfort, I own the hd439, it's the most comfortable headphone I've ever worn, along with the hd598, but they have almost the exact same shape, only the 598 has nicer earpads

Grado with flats = Denonah-D2000 > HE-500 > Sony XB700 > HD800 > LCD-2 > Sennheiser HD449> MDR v-6/ v900st > DT440 > DT880/770 > DT 1350 > HD 25 1-II > BeyerDynamic t50RP.

And that's pretty much my comfort scale.
