of my AL iM716. It still works and all, it just decreased in volume, where the right side is louder (where it is supposed to be). My ears are a little wet as I got out of the pool a while ago and i dried my ears out before putting them in.. I have some extra filters as well.

Tried also cleaning your ears? This happened to me before and one ear having some ear wax was the culprit. If not I would say call up Altec and get things rolling on a repair or replacement.

Earwax can mess up the filters on IEMs pretty fast. Try changing the filters on the iM716s.

Call me stupid, but I must have hit a hotkey to turn the balance more to the right, all fixed now
