Hey guys,

I've been having a problem with my DX50 in that when I try to copy files (through syncing in MediaMonkey) it always freezes midway and I would have to turn it off.  So now I sync the files through a Sansa Clip.  Does anyone have this problem and hopefully a solution?  This also happens even when I drag and drop many files onto the microSD.

I have formatted the card to FAT32 and updated to the latest firmware.

Using a Mac.  I just load folders into my card while it's plugged into my computer.  I've got nothing except a wallpaper in the internal DX50 memory.  Drag and drop music folders via a card reader attached via a USB cord.

I had a problem with mine this morning :/ It was stuck at the bootscreen. I have tried a hard reboot, took the battery out and back in, tried to reboot from the Recovery mode but nothing :/

I had to reset to factory through the Recovery mode and then it booted normally but I lost all the music in the internal memory...

Is it a known problem ?

I have a similar problem, I am proving with a new microSD and to delete all the playlist (m3u) in order to eliminate possibilities. If the problem happens again, I'll send it to repair.
