I read a post from another site reporting the above tool as a good converter for the file format, I did not bother going for it as I have dbpoweramp on my machine so I was initially looking for some codec that can recognize the file format and convert it to my usual ones. I did not think of DFF to DSD but DFF to 192khz/24-bit Flac.

Using Korg Audiogate. No ptoblem changing from dff to dsf or 24/192 flac.

May give that a try, thanks!

Google dbpoweramp DFF codec and you should be able to get the link, just remember, it is labelled as a beta codec.

Found it, thanks!

Either one of two things: it's a bug or they have not designed it to take that high a resolution. The best action in this case is to just ask them if it was by design. Worst is you use the lower res best is we get another firmware :D

No, USB DAC function will be avaible with next update, which should be released in about two months, acording to iBasso's answer for user from some Polish forum. We've got to wait a little longer :)

it sounds noticeably better. all the changes up until now were kinda subtle. well, 1.2.2. sounded good compared to the previous versions and you could sorta here it without tests and such. but let me tell you 1.2.8 sounded really different from the moment I listened to some music. it sounds fuller, wider, and more liquid. with more detail. sub-base is rumblier, but it doesn't make the sound thicker, it somehow manages to be easy on ears (easier than the 1.2.7 version) so yeah, this version is highly recommended.
