There's hardly any Dongle with internal battery besides devices like Qdelix

What got ruined? The DC06PRO doesn't have a battery.

All from Taobao. The one on the DC-Elite in the picture is my current favorite and can be found here. Obviously you need to be able to buy from Taobao to get it.

p/s: I can't 100% confirm this, but this one from AliExpress might actually be the same

I dont have good luck in finding other usb c to connect my DC04 Pro with my Xiaomi 13. I've tried:

1. Normal PD 60W 3A 0.2m Type-c to Type-c cable. No sound when connected with either ends.
2. This 0.2 Mogami 2534 Type-c to Type-c cable. Have sound when connected phone to one end (but with static), no sound when connected to other end.

Both cables are good when connected with computer on either ends. Any idea what causes this, and any recommendation for usable cable?

You need to get an Type C cable that supports OTG, not just any random Type C cable. Get one that specifically said it is designed for USB dongle on smartphone.

It seems AliExpress can't ship most knob to Germany. However, I did a quick search and found a few on Amazon Germany. It will be much more expensive, but at least it is available. Just search for '15 x 12.5mm knob' or '15 x 13mm knob) there.

Those in your AliExpress link are all too big.
