The surprise so far has been ProFingerSkater's age. I thought he was quite a bit older than he is from his posts. I was thinking 19 or 20 for him.

I am 25....a graduate student in Northeast Asian cultural history at UCSB...Russian and Japanese cross cultural perceptions (language schools, religion, portrayals in literature and so forth). I also act as a teacher for many undergraduates.
My Conrad-Johson CAV-50 made the biggest difference in my system, but the HP-2s and the melos made a huge improvement as well....

currently in the second year of an Actuarial Studies degree. However, im currently concidering attempting graduate medicine at the end of this three year degree (big change eh?)

47/professional headphone geek/gotta go with the iPod (even though I like the Zen better) because I think it will be seen as the turning point of the digital audio thing, and it legitimized spending serious money on portable audio.

I'm 26.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and have one more year to go to qualify for the licensing exam.
My favourite equipment would be my Sony D-35 Discman.
