I've come to like head-fi over the past few years and am starting to get into the digital photography money pit and am looking for a forum as helpful and large and head-fi. Does one exist?

Arg. I can't register at fredmiranda.com because they don't allow you to use a hotmail or gmail account when you register. Saddly that's all I have.

DPReview is geared specifically towards digital cameras, but I think its email policy is the same as FredMiranda's...

The Digital Imaging forum at Broadband reports is awesome.

Civility-wise, nikonians.org is pretty similar with Head-fi, mostly nice people, with a tiny bit of idiots in between. If you after something peaceful and relaxed, I recommend nikonians (unless you shoot Canon

)

And you can use your gmail or yahoo mail to register too.
