For me, its often hitting the snooze button. But in all seriousness, I've been having a bad habit of checking my computer first thing in the morning.

After getting dressed I go on into the kitchen and take a fish oil caplet and a Bioflavonoid caplet with some orange juice then I eat breakfast..

I swing my legs to the left, then firmly plant my feet on the floor. I than proceed to stand up. The next step would be walking but normally I have to stand in place for five minutes fighting the urge to fall backwards into bed.
