So James, those 200 are for sale only in ML china,correct? Or can be had from select agents in a very few limited counts outside china as well?

hi James, can we see the final design of the X1 including the packaging and what it has inside the box?
If those 200 only for test and promotion, when will it be available in global market so we end user can buy?

The X3 is better than X1 spec wise except for the mechanical scroll wheel vs buttons. No worries, FiiO nor Head-Fi will hate you/ban you for buying and owning both the X1 and X3!

based on these updated specs, do people think the x1 would properly power audio technica m50 or k550? it looks to me like it might. i expect to be buying one of them in the next week or so and needing an amp might affect my decision. thanks

I'm wondering if I should wait for some reviews, see if anyone thinks that neutrality can be achieved with a bit of tweaking. Or just go for a colourfly C3 which are now surfacing on ebay for about the same price of an X1.
