Just a warning to anyone who wants an X1. Don't but from Treoo.com. They have terrible customer service and a terrible return policy. I ordered the X1 on September 16th and I am unlikely to get my X1 before November but they will not give me a refund without charging me 10% and that's only if they decide to give it to me. I'd like to get it from headphone bar (Canada) but I need a refund from those crooks at Treoo. It seems everything is overpriced on their website too.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. It looks like they are charging $127 in US dollars, so that is definitely not a good deal even if they had them in stock to ship.

...This affordable head gear stuff is all new to me, but fun as heck! I'm a former audiophile reviewer... but I left that scene years ago mainly because the money involved in acquiring the gear was getting ridiculous, obscene really, and it was too much like work.

I noticed their so called promotion price ended around Sep 20. So if  you ordered  yours on Sep 16, you would have paid $110 (S$139) and not $127, right? Did they specifically  tell you that you will unlikely get yours before November? Because when I asked yesterday, I was told that I would likely get mine next week after Fiio published their delivery notice on the website yesterday.

Yes I paid $139. Yes they told me it was unlikely I'd get it before the end of November. They said they had a pre-order on since August..

if it makes u feel better thats about the standard place in europe. and in the UK its 99 GBP lol....

He told me that he have a small bunch of Silver X1 and he will not show in his list for now. But he can sell me 1 pcs for 119$ (shipping incl.)

It's just the the fact they don't want to give me a refund and I won't get it for another month. They told me it was like receiving a refund for custom made IEMs! It's nothing like that.
