Very pleased to see support for the older models - means people can continue to buy with confidence!

I was thinking that. Quite impressed that they still care about the older models

I have a Fiio X7ii that bricked when it was updated around March 2019. How can I send the unit in for repair? It just happened to be a month after warranty coverage expired.
Dear friend,

Sorry to hear about that. Please send email to support@fiio.com.

Best regards

Greetings: Have any of the X7 Mii updates added the LDAC codec? I have a pair of Sony MDR1-ABT headphones I'm kind of attached to.
Dear friend,

Sorry, the LDAC Bluetooth codec is not supported by the X7MKII.

Best regards
