..And I was wondering why my HD650's measurement data looked totally different from others.

The differences are pretty small to be honest, somewhere around 0.1 to 0.3 dB.

Nice work, always nice to have more data points.  Relatively fair presentation of the matter without any wide sweeping generalizations, absolutes or obvious biases.  Breath of fresh air.  One day I'd like to see something similar w/ the Ultrasone Pro750's titanium driver.  Though I don't wish to inflict those pads or sound on anyone's ears.

Some friendly advice: You need a copy editor!
 
That said, it is interesting to think that HD-650s sound mellower as the cushions become softer over time.
