Anybody pairing the DX90 with UM Miracles? I've searched the thread, but didn't find anything - thought maybe somebody out there might chime in.

After abt 200hr burn in i started to use low gain but pump up the volume... as one bro mention before the higher volume it goes should have better s/n and performance and where ibasso recommend setting volume to 255 when connecting to ext amp. I started to find the low gain + higher volume sound more dynamic then high gain + lower volume... This is the other way when the DX90 is brand new out of the box...

On paper, thats how it is suppose to be done. But different ears hear different things.

I was just going to post something about the distant, muddled mess the DX90 seems to make of Gardiner's take on the 9th.

Then I realized I was comparing Gardiner on my desktop rig to Karajan on the DX90.

Hi, does anybody use ODAC?  I love the DAC, it's fantastic to my ears and iems.  Anybody able to compare ODAC to DX90, I would be interested.

Thank you,

Hi all,

quick question regarding purchasing the DX90 direct from iBasso. I live in the UK and know that I am very likely to get wacked with a 20% VAT charge plus about another 4% import duty charge if I buy direct from iBasso. However, I have a friend who lives in the USA who is coming to visit me at the beginning of June and I was thinking about getting the DX90 delivered to him instead, so that he could bring it over for me. Am I right in thinking that the import duty in the USA is much less, i.e. do you think it is worth me getting my friend to get it for me in the states? Also, how long are people experiencing for the delivery to take from the date of order?

Thanks in advance,

L.

I was charged less than £3 for UK delivery by DHL.
