My universal Roxanne arrived. I'd been waiting for it for months. I open the sealed box, and lo and behold there's nothing inside. The storage jar is there, the tips... but no IEMs. Nada.

I... I just... uh.... WHAT?!

....

BIG FAIL Jerry Harvey. BIG FAIL.

I'm sorry you had to endure this - extended wait time; product collapse, on the front-end of a fantastic weekend. Hopefully the latter stays on track. But what jumps out at me is Quality Control. Although companies might be staffed differently, the one's worth their salt always have a final look. Even if someone forgot to drop 'em in the box, either the same person or another person at the QC step would have caught it.

It's quite possible JH doesn't do QC and wouldn't be the first. Or they do and it was some kind of distraction that occurred.

Invisible IEMs...that's one way to get a transparent sound.

Maybe that's their way of lashing you to a mast, lest you become so intoxicated with the sound as to dash yourself on the rocks... or not.  Still very What though.

I would, I've tried my friend's pair and liked it, but they ear my hair and the adjustment bands dig into my head. I'm happy to stick with the Amperiors :3

Call me pedantic but I can't live in a world where its OK to use a verb as a noun when there is a perfectly good noun form that can be used in its place. Commit, install, consult, disconnect, were all verbs last time i checked and if a noun is needed commitment, installation, consultation, disconnection can be used.

Apparently language and grammar evolve, and arguably this is an example of such but IT'S JUST WROOOOONG AND IT MAKES ME CRINGE.
