Yep, save yourself the trouble and go with a legitimate brand. They can be had regularly for about that same price, sometimes cheaper.

SanDisk brand, class 4, $21.88:

Be wary of this. I have bought these types of ebay before. They have a 50% fail rate.

Im not an idiot., I already read those. However, only one review and impression by the same person doesn't seem to be too trustworthy... Anyone else try those headphones and have an impression.

A brief stroll through the interwebs reveals

"This headphone is apparently a.k.a. Fischer FA-003, Yoga Cd-880, Digitech Pro Monitors, Jacar Pro Monitors, Brainwavz HM-5, Lindy Premium Hi-Fi, Studiospares M1000...clones from China"

Here is a good review on the Fischer

That guy is a vendor. I posted a second non vendor review.

This deal is quite tempting. Those IEMs sell for close to $100 themselves generally. So at $50 a piece its a nice deal. I doubt it stacks up against a HD650 or whatever that guy claims but for $50 I bet thhis is more than twice as good as say a Monoprice 8323 or the beat knockoffs.
