Saw a Questyle CMA 800i for 380.00 and even though I didn't need another amp I bought it on whim

Wow I have to say, SQ of the amp section is def up there with other 2-2.5k amps

I feel like I stole it honestly

It is an excellent pairing with Composer, so if you find one I highly recommend this long forgotten amp, dac is outdated but not the amp section.

Nobody knows anymore, nomax gone quiet.Tried to buy spare earpads and headband but not possible. I want to be able to buy spare parts accessories if I buy/when I buy a headphone.

Yeah, there’s no good reason why they can’t sell spare parts online, like every other pro brand. At least pads and foam discs.

I think it’s better to wait and wonder. When the time is right, the extra pads will be available. Meanwhile, the Composer is what it is with stock pads and it’s amazing headphone indeed.

Semi-sedentary setup. No hint of sibilance. Extension and details as there is no tomorrow. Impactful and contoured sub bass. Spot on vocals tuning with presence, matter and clarity.

Yes, I know many are waiting for it.....and I'm also disappointed that I still can't give any good news about the case, pads or rings

PS.in the end, apart from the acoustic results,the visual result is also important and must meet the high standard ( AA does not want to .... or.... imitate)
Only one thing counts, that they are coming
The wait will be worth it
