Guys, what are the best closed back headphones available in Europe up to 500€?
I maintain that the MSR7B continue to be terrific value for money and easily compete with headphones twice the price (except in terms of build). Otherwise, second hand T5p 2nd gen. I would be using them mostly for rock music, some progressive rock like Porcupine Tree. Important for me is that they are not fatiguingI maintain that the MSR7B continue to be terrific value for money and easily compete with headphones twice the price (except in terms of build). The MSR7B are definitely bright headphones, so if you're sensitive in that region, fatigue is likely to be an issue. But both are excellent for prog rock. 500€ is a bit of a no man's land for closed back portables in some respects. You have Focal Elegia in that region, though they felt very uninspiring to me.I would be using them mostly for rock music, some progressive rock like Porcupine Tree. Oh OK, you're best asking @Malevolent because he is the master of Denon and possibly has a sound preference similar to yours. I like gleaming brightness myself.Yeah, I don't like bright sound. What about Denon AH D7200? I like neutral sound, little warm
