Out of curiosity what have you found to be the best for tiny ear canals that handles classical music and film scores well?

I mostly listen to classical, piano, jazz, blues, indie, rock, heavy metal and very rarely some RnB and EDM!

Anyone got a recommendation for a good all rounder with replaceable cable and solid comfort / XS tips for small ear canals :)

I'll caveat that I haven't heard 99% of these sets, but I'd guess you would like something with a neutral-ish sound and if you need something with small nozzles, then Etymotic or Akoustyx have the smallest.

Added:
  • KBEAR KW1
  • Spirit Torino Twin Pulse Beryllium
I think the KBEAR Neon might be discontinued but I'll leave it on the list for now.

I wish there was more discussion, but I suppose you'd have to try and find reviews to get a feel about which ones are best.
Personally I've seen these praised a lot: Tanchjim One/Darling, Etymotic (all of them), JVC FD01/FDx1, Sony XBA-N3, Final E5000, HifiMan RE800

Bullets are very niche it seems. Pitty. Personally i really am not a fan of the current shell shape zeitgeist and was happier a few years back with small L shapes and tear drops.

Add the Astrotec Vesna (mind the bass tuck) and Kbear Little Q to your list.
