if you take away the 'hype' element , Pink Floyd win hands-down.

Both bands are GIANTS , tho.

Pink Floyd for me without a doubt. I do appreciate many of The Beatles songs but the only album I can listen to of theirs from beginning to end is Abbey Road. I can't think of any band or artist that has released a better string of albums than Meddle,The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals, and The Wall.

I seen Brit Floyd last weekend. Floyd has to be moderately loud to fully enjoy but if you like Floyd's music, you will enjoy this show. Air guitar and singing throughout.

its pink floyd for me! i like the beatles,but i find pink floyd is more to my taste.
im going to see brit floyd this saturday in connecticut,and they are amazing!
much better than australian pink floyd imo.

Pink Floyd by a long shot for me.  Always loved em for the music and variety they managed to put out.

I would say Beatles due to the overwhelming body of music they created. In my opinion it's all listenable. That being said I listen to Floyd way more often.

Floyd for sure. Amazing stuff some of it, especially if you dig into the live stuff (bootlegs mostly). Beatles did have some amazing hits though.
