Count me out of this "basshead" club... dt 770 pro should not have been removed from the list.

Beats Pros, Sennheiser HD25II, and Klipsch Image One should NOT be on the list.

I don't hear anything wrong with the Beats Pros

Never heard the Image One or the HD25II. I'll add the DT770 and take out the Image one, they seem pretty boring sounding in FR.

HD25II has by far the best bass slam I've ever heard from on-ear cans.

Love your avatar btw

Hello all, I'm a long time lurker, not much of a poster, but I would say I definitely belong to the bass head category. Have been using the Pioneer HDJ-2000 with the ZO for a while now, and occasionally the TMA-1s, and I like to vote the pio's into the list on the OP.

As for what's wrong with the beats pro's: from personal experience, the ATH M50 pretty much walks all over them at a fraction of the price, no reason to even mention other cans. And why are they named "PRO", if the name suggests studio monitoring, I am pretty certain they are far from accurate.

The HDJ line is already on the list

The Beats Pro are still emphasised in the Bass frequencies, even though Monster's annoying marketing suggests otherwise. Its a horrible headphone for its retail but if you think of it as a $150 headphone its actually ok-ish.

I haven't both subs but the 12inch sub should have a smaller diaphragm then the 2 subs combined.

Dual sub 2 X( 2X5XPIE) = 62

SIngle sub  2 X 6 X PIE = 38

Just a suggestion (to OP), but I think it might be nice if you organized your list according to quantity and quality of bass, or maybe do a rating system after each one, determining quantity out of 1/10 and quality out of 1/10

For the ones you've never heard, you could have the users who suggested them as a bass can do an assessment for you and update over time as more people add their opinions about that headphone, and maybe sort of give an estimated average

I think that would make this thread a lot more useful than just "this is a basshead can"
