Sonickarma-let's hope you can get to CanJam next month.
However, enjoying this player lots every day:stuck_out_tongue::peach::headphones:

Will try my best but hectic schedule so no guarantees

As I know, Symmcat doesn't use Head-Fi, but he speaks English.
Here's a page of the modification. Just use google translator :)

http://symmcat.do.am/forum/2-5-1

If anyone is interested, I can translate my own review of Tera Symmcat Edition from Russian forum "player.ru".

I use Etymotic ER-4S with hybrid cable (silver + copper), Fischer Audio TBA-04, Sleek Audio SA6 and Alessandro MS-2.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, I need a translation of the translation!! Russian, English, Latin, doesn't matter, way above my comprehension level unfortunately.

Welcome on board.
The one underneath is my favorite of all time after trying and trying more anything from DX100-AK380Cu.
Enjoy the sound of a true analogue portable music player.:headphones::grinning:

Good to see that you are still enjoying your Tera Player, musicday. :)

Help guys..
I just purchased a used set of Altman Tera yesterday and playing music files provided in the SD Card given by the previous owner.
I noticed that some files are not played until the end, instead they are skipped to the next track middleway :|
The previous owner said that it is "normal" problem in Tera that many users complaint about, saying that this is wav conversion problem.

I haven't tried it with my own files though, but are you guys aware about that? And whether there's a way to "solve" it?
Apologize if this issue has been talked before.

Hello, there is not such a problem that I know with the Tera Player not playing some files till the end.
You need to check again with another card that is properly FAT32 formatted and another files and see if the problem persist. For reference I use only Foobar2000 to convert my music to WAV.
Do that and get back to me, i will try my best to help you with your problem.

This is absolutely NOT normal problem on Tera. It probably is a wav conversion problem but that only means the wav files were generated by faulty software.
I use XLD (on Mac) to convert to WAV and have never had this problem on my Tera.
