The baked cauliflower. Break it into pieces, put those into a tray, fill with a white sauce, then cover the top with three or four grated cheeses. Bake and serve. Wonderful and there's never enough for everyone, even when we make extra!

For me, still gotta be the fresh from scratch mashed potatoes.

Titans crushing the Lions 38-10 at this point! Lions are already cooked before many turkeys are!

Since it's just 2 of us, we usually don't have turkey. Our traditional Thanksgiving dinner is mashed garlic sweat potatoes, stuffing, mushroom gravy, salad and pumpkin pie. Gives you an idea what our favorite sides are.

My wife decided that it was too many calories this year, so I made stuffed acorn squash and a spinach, mushroom pie. The pie was unbelievably good. I'll be making it every year.
