I would prefer the threads to stay separate. The only threads I really follow are Sparerib's threads. I feel that this sub-forum would be a lot less colourful if they were to move to one place. Having them interspersed is part of the appeal for me.
If a decision between the mods and Spareribs has already been made, then I understand completely. I am happy to follow Sparerib's posts wherever they go.

11 threads by one person on the first page of the Members' Lounge I feel is a bit much, especially when most only might have one or two replies.

If you have a sub-forum for sparerib's posts like in "Head-Fi's Bloggers", it would just disappear in the wash.
I really believe he adds colour just where he is.
The post count per thread is no real problem, as there are plenty more threads that die before reaching any significant amount.
