Solved!
Philips SHE3580 small tips
So for now, the Philips she3580 small tips does it for me.
Highly recommended for those who have small ears like mine.
I'm a hard rocker at heart - especially of the 80s big hair variety - but Norah Jones, Come Away With Me, it's just beautiful on these! Really.
they are freaking sweet, so sweet that there was a moment i wanted a second pair straight... gladly i sat on my hands and finally my brain spoke loud to me.
sound wise like i told it many times, there is a huge fun element in them and many things are so rightly implemented that it is impossible to fault them for the asking price. i also love this blend of rich organic sound especially in upper mids which make many music sound just great. and what amazes me even more H200 are not overly picking with source, so iPhones, Pods, etc should be sounding well too, at least i tried them with my apples (iTouch4G, iPhone4S and 5) and lovely results so far. but... but... when you pair them with C3 + BH there is some magic openning to you, love this combo a LOT.

Your review was the thing that pushed me over the edge on these. Thanks.
I'm really appreciating those mids more with the shallower insert of the Orange - it's just a beautiful sound. My kids are running around wild after school, and I'm plugged in, listening to Norah and chillin' ignoring the bedlam!
I've tried these with my iPhone 5 (known for a slightly high impedence) and my iPad 4 (which I gather has a very low impedence). I can't hear much if any difference. I've tried som 256k AAC files and some FLAC files and again the difference isn't dramatic, though there's a little more richness with the FLACs. I really fancy the C3 and BH but honestly, I don't even want to hear that - I like the convenience of the phone in my pocket. When I get to work my phone jumps onto the WiFi and I can use the terrific Groove app to access my entire library on the iCloud (iTunes Match) service. I use Ecoute to access local iPhone files when out n about.

I just got mine! Bought them off forumite Sinth. They are fantastic. He had shipped them with the black silicon with the green insert - I found those big and uncomfortable. Sounded fine. Tried the orange inserts - much better but maybe not as good a seal as could be. Tried the clear medium silicons - great but not so comfy. Tried the a couple of Comply's he generously sent - the red Tx ones were great, and very isolating, but still not super comfy and looked like they'd get manky from my waxy ears in minutes. Then I tried the black silicon with the red inserts - the smallest. WOW. Really really comfy, sunk in deeper, and perfect seal. I expected these to be a poorer fit than the orange.
I'm not an expert, nor a connoisseur, but I can say that these have a lovely rich sound. I don't have anything but Apple's new iPhone 5 buds to compare with - I posted off my Shure E5c's yesterday (which I hadn't used in a long time) and my B&W P5s, so I can't really do a meaningful comparison - and I believe none of these are in high regard here anyway.
Flipping from the cheap apple buds to these IEMs it's obviousy that the Apple's have more bass - but more flubby and woofy. They have too much presence too - in your face and fizzy. The mid range is maybe lacking a but too. In comparison, the H200s have a much more controlled bass, and it's much deeper - but also more balanced, not stomping over the mix like the Apple buds. Less is more. The midrange is very nice and the treble is just right - it'll take me time to adjust to the extra detail and zing, but it doesn't sound like it'd get tiring. All in all, very balanced and rich sound.
I've thrown everything from Norah Jones to Van Halen at it, with some Daft Punk and The Black Eyed Peas thrown in too. Handles it all very well. I'm enjoying the mellower stuff right now as it's got the space and ambience to let these shine.
Anyone has pictures how they fit with cable over ear?
