Man, I wish TPEOS would send us some of their IEM during development, so we could help them refine their product faster

Actually that's exactly what they did with the Altone200.  It's one of the reasons why it was so well accepted I think. I know H20 had quite  a bit of input into the tuning.  The sad thing is looking what they've done with the 350 with no input.  Too much bass.  Not a bad IEM - just needs a more flexible cable and some of the bass tuned down a bit.

Yup, that's why they need our input.  Haven't heard A350 yet have heard A150 and A250.  Less bass, more supple cable, and smaller connectors would all be appreciated!

well this went a bit quiet.

they're still rather good if you buy a pair for about 250 if you can find one. (but it's a bit suspect after how good Altone 200 was, but you do get a removable cable and mic ).
Although I don't know if I get one over FLC8s (I have to EQ both. Altone as 4.5db@50hz q=1.3, -1.2@130hz q=1.7, -2@8300hz, q=0.8 ) but bought FCL8s recently after the FLC8s tour to replace A350. FLC8s is somewhat between H300 and A350, if you use black + red + gold filter + eq it a bit)
wonder if TP are working on a successor to A350 to quell the excess mid-bass / and the slight sibilance and get a better cable/improve glue quality

regarding the build quality, the tour unit Altone 350 shell split last November

didn't bother sending it back like i did with h300 when I had a similar problem with my H300. Had a friend glue it with quality glue. He seemed to think there's little wonder the on polished titanium glue join is not bulletproof. Hopefully the next model will avoid it.
