T+A HiFi - HA 200 (Headphone Amp & DAC Combo) - Official Discussion Thread

I already wrote about my problem before. I gave my HA200 to the service center. Unfortunately, they are not certified representatives of T+A. They found the problem, they say that there is nothing to worry about. However, they cannot contact the official representative office of T+A, and get electronic circuits HA200 for repair. Does anyone have connections with official representatives of the company or dealers and help me establish contacts? I would be extremely grateful for such help.
Why didn’t you or your service Center contact them directly?

Here is a shot of it in my stack. Getting rid of few Amps because of the T+A HA200, getting the black version!

LCD-X, LCD-XC both sounded horrible when the volume got cranked up. Started to distort the headphones.

Sennheiser HD800 S sucked really bad, nice clarity but was to neutral sounding.

Final Audio 8000 Pro sounded really nice till it hit that 60MHZ Death Rattle that happens during very lo bass. I had never heard the rattle or the clipping that takes place on these headphones. That is a well-known issue. This amplifier had no problem exposing it. To the point where I am selling mine now and have no interest in trying another pair that's for sure. They did sound amazingly detailed and great clarity.

The Focal Utopia sounded great until you started to turn the volume up and then it just started to fall apart. The mids and the trebles started to sound bad and I couldn't stand it. At higher volumes it was almost cringe-worthy.

I had great experiences with the Hi-Fiman Arya Organic and HE1000SE, The sound stage was nice and large, they sounded smooth. Punchy base, just the right amount of treble, added a little coloration to it but not too much. I push them very hard 75% volume almost all the time and they did not bat an eyelash. I even pushed one of them Way beyond that in the '90ish area and it handled it and I wouldn't recommend anyone else trying that. I'm already half deaf and used to loud music since I was young. The HiFiMan paired Just beautifully with them and complimented the amp so well.

Between the Abyss PHI 1266 TC and Susvara should keep me busy for September.

Solitaire P and Meze Empyrean II for October.

Tungstens and Caldera Closed for November. Then hopefully Santa will deliver the Raal Immanus for Christmas or the New Year.

One day I will get Unveiled and Valerkie in for testing I hope but don't have contacts For those headphones and I don't plan to buy them, but I do plan to test them.
How did the HA200 work out with Susvaras?

The Unveiled.matched up Just beautiful with them. They have great synergy together. The Unveiled was so smooth. You cannot go wrong with this pairing.

The Solitare P was.amazing with it also, however, the headphone I find is made for a more narrow sized head than my fat noggin. It caused me some uncomfortable listening. I still own the pair of headphones because the two are made for each other literally and produced some of the best sound I have ever heard out of the T+A Ha 200.

Tungsten's were nothing special , I assume you need to probably even drive more amperage to these headphones to make them really sing, but I'm not sure if it's just them. Kind of being a bit boring.

Immanis , now that's where it's at. Those headphones blow away every other headphone I.ever tried on this amp and every amp I have also, including the Mass Kobo.465.

Did you happen to try the Susvara OGs?

Yes, the OG Susvara was not appearing I liked. I'll be honest, it just didn't have the slam or the personality that I thought it would on this amp. DAC ck combo.

Hi,Have you tried or heard the Camerton binom er on the HA200?I was thinking of getting the Solitaire P's but seen a great review recently for the Camerton?
I decided to stop messing around and went with the King of the Hill, Raal Immanis! Never look back since then.

My favorite three listening headphones for the T+A HA 200 are the Solitaire P, ABYSS Diana DZ, and Dan Clark Audio E3. As for IEMs, there are a lot of favorite choices, particularly the Unique Melody Multiverse Mentor.

Did you find the Abyss Diana DZ pairs well with the HA200? Did you get a wider soundstage compared to the Sol P with the HA200?

I agree with you. The Solitaire P does not have the largest soundstage compared to the ABYSS Diana DZ. However, the Solitaire P manages to create an incredibly crisp soundscape with excellent instrument separation. The T+A Solitaire P and ABYSS Diana DZ complement each other very well, especially when listening to the T+A HA 200. But all of this is for my unsophisticated taste.
