Swan Subwoofer/etc

I'm getting some Swan M200MkII Speakers, I'm upgrading from come Altec Lansing ADA-305's. I heard the Swan's sound fantastic, just like I heard the Audio Technica M50's were. I defiently think you guys know what your talking about. Anyways I heard the Swan's will excel with a subwoofer, can you reccomend one to me for $100-200 price range. Or will my subwoofer for my Altec Lansing set work well? Also if there is any other things I can do to improve the sound for under $100 tell me please. I love my music so this is important, I got a Mac Mini and what I can tell is that the sound card is pretty decent.
