Hi
I would like to know which of the three is better/good at (what) and how to compare them. Nobody sells any of these in my state, so I can't audition. There isn't any money back guarantee with Aktimates in my country either. So I can only rely on people who have actually heard both the Swan and Aktimates in person and can help me with their first hand experience.
Also, I like good clear speakers with good clarity, preferably a bit warm (being neutral isn't necessary) but I do like deep thumping bass (if possible), as well.
The cost of all three are pretty similar for me.
These need to be for hi-fi (not used as studio monitors). I need them to fill a small-small/medium size room at low volumes with plenty of sound/volume without distortion.
Music 60%
Movies 40%
Sub isn't needed, so no need to go down that route.
