The cable connecting to the IEM that used to swivel freely seems like it's binding. Is there anyway to re-seat the cable or is this something I need to have serviced by Sure? They are about a year old and still sound great the problem is just the stiff connection.
It's only the right side and I believe I read a thread on removing the cables but I can't seem to find it.
Does anyone know how to disconnect the cable and re-seat it?
