Which of them is better? I'm talking about the sound quality and everything excluding the price. Thanks!

The HD660 have good sound quality..... but
They are 150-Ohms, so need something decent to drive them.
The cups are fairly tight around the ears, so they need to be expanded a little
The coiled cable to not like to uncoil that much.
If you order the Superlux HD660 from Thomann in Europe
you can also order the DT770 Velour wear pads to go with them
total with shipping is around $96 (USA)

Are the Superlux HD-668 B even better?

As my HD668B broke less then two months after buying them, I can not compare to the HD660.
But the HD668B are only 56-Ohm, easier to drive

I'm sorry, but I'm kind of a Noob around here. What is Ohm and how important is it?

I guess Ohm is resistance, so the higher the Ohm on the headphone, the higher the resistance (600-Ohm is the max for 99.9999% of the headphones in the world).
The higher the resistance, the more voltage you need to overcome the resistance.
There is something about high Ohm/resistance/voltage that allows a better (more controlled) signal to be sent to the diaphragm in the headphone cup(s).
Someone else can give a long detailed write up on more details.
600-Ohms is the max for 99.9999% of the headphones sold in the world (someone has made a 1000-Ohm headphone).
95% of the headphones sold in the world is in the 25-Ohm to 50-Ohm range.
There are lots of great sounding headphones in the 25-Ohm to 50-Ohm range.

Does a large Ohm require an expensive sound card or anything? Would the 660, with 150Ohm , work with my Realtek High Definition Audio sound card?

Chances are the HD660 (150-Ohm) would work to some extent, but might not be loud enough for normal hearing.
You can always plug the HD660 in and find out.
The Asus Xonar DG ($16-$26) & DGX ($40) can half-way decent drive 250-Ohm headphones, so 150-Ohm headphone would be fine.
