Interesting. Never heard of this company. Will have to give them a look.
Which unfortunately, I regretted doing about 1 month later very much, so I was aiming to buy another WA33 and was fortunate to find one about another month after that and I no longer own the Custom Citadel. If you follow Josep69's succedding posts, he sold his WA33 and retained his custom Citadel. Read and discover why: Link: https://www.head-fi.org/threads/oblivion-ultrasonic-studios.902926/page-55

The Linear Tube Audio Z10e looks like a good choice. I’ve been reading about it, and I’m intrigued:

It can play normal and electrostatic headphones too, as a bonus
There is an amp like that.I really love the Woo. It sounds so good with every headphone... literally have no desire to change anything.. but I would love an amp that can power dynamics, planars and stats. Would be huge. I am so sick of having to power two different tube amps lol.
I've been watching the thread on this amp, it's just so hard with so few impressions out there.
I think the ampsandsound nautilus would fit your needs. Has balanced in but not out.

That has been my issue - unless I get warranty in my local country (like I do with Abyss and dCS) I find it difficult to buy online (most often than not blindly), pay expensive import tax, just to deal with transport/insurance logistics down the line if I ever need warranty.I’d stay away from companies that produce outside your country
