So I am looking for something for my REf5/Roc setup to give it some quality power.  Narrowed it down to the choices below:

Tripp Lite

http://www.tripplite.com/en/products/model.cfm?txtSeriesID=840&txtModelID=229

BPT PPC

http://www.b-p-t.com/ppc-pure-power-center.html

or

Just get some decent power cables (like the Wireworlds here:  http://www.wireworldcable.com/categories/power_cords.html)

I don't know I think I would trust something like a Tripp Lite more as they use them for like EKG's and such in hospitals don't they?

What are you using?  Suggestions from your experience?

It might be more in your interest to ask in the Cables/Power forum.

Usually it is a bit slow over there, and I figured the people that would want good power regulation would be the computer audio guys usually... Moderator can move my thread I suppose if they see this.  Thanks.

I commonly don't see many power discussions over here, especially not power cables.

I do wish you luck, though.

They will add more resistance from the AC power to your dac so you might get a decrease in sound quality but you may get an blacker background which would be better, I would only use these if you have really dirty power, or maybe use one of the wall plug-in tripp lite isobars as these wont add as much resistance, I do use tripp lite isobars for some other things and they are fantastic.

Thanks for the info.!

I ended up going with these:

Power
http://www.thecableco.com/product.php?id=4108

Power Cords
http://www.wireworldcable.com/categories/power_cords.html

The Tara P/M2 is normally 500 bucks, I got it for 100 used
I will be posting my impressions on adding all that vs. just straight out of the wall with regular power cords.

lol yeah I know the reputation for tera stuff (esp on headfi), but I found some convincing reviews on it from random forums....and its passive.  plus I can live with risking 100 bucks.  I could always probably sell it for the same price used somewhere if I don't feel it helps out.
