Street style (MDR-G57G,PMX 60...) or MDR-EX81LP

I want to buy a street style head phones or the sony MDR-EX81LP.
I heard in the fourm that the PMX 60 are'nt so good.
so do you have a better pair to suggest me?
my budget is up to 40 bucks.
And I want good headphons for my Zen Micro

I would say go for the Koss KSC-55 since they use the same drivers as the awesome KSC-35's and KSC-75's, which sound better than anything you have listed there (well al least to the opinion of most people here). I personally have the KSC-75, and I think they sound better than any other headphones that i have listened to for under $60.

And of the ones that you have listed the MDR-EX81LP would probably sound the best, but since they use the same drivers and the MDR-EX71's, I have heard that the bass can be way to strong and often very boomy, as to be distracting from the music.

Oh, and the KSC-55's are only 19.99 list price if I remember corectly, so I bet you could find them even cheaper then that online. And I bet that if you have a Compusa in your area that you could find them there, since the Compusa near my house carries them for $20.
