Why, when its the OP that need to explain the meaning behind the thread topic and post?
The word "New" makes no sense, and he don't use a smiley to imply that its sarcastic or something.

Agreed! Was just pointing out your question was redundant.

I think the obvious answer is the OP missed the fact the article is 20 years old.
