Hi,

I'm using a balanced JT in my current project. The pot isn't critical, it's just read by the pic chip, which sets the appropriate
relays, for the required volume. There's a controller board, which contains it's own 5v dc power supply, which connects to
one or two relay boards. I think it has 127 steps.

I can't tell you how it sounds yet, 'cos it's still ongoing.

Prices & Specials

Seems like a lot of money for a series attenuator.

Hi,

It's just an Alpha 5k mono, you can use anything .....

....... all the pot does is control the pic chip, there's no audio going through it.

We are redesigning the Joshua Tree, and will post details on our site when things firm up. Adding a mute relay (0db to -64dB, then mute) and some other cool stuff.

Maybe by the end of May was the response I have gotten. I'm waiting until then to buy all the things I want all at once.
