Matt bought my Zhaolu D2C. He paid right away and communication with him was great. There was something happened unexpectedly during the shipping procedure, we both don't know why he had to eat some extra fee charged by carrier.(Actually I had already paid for the shipping cost.) But Matt is very nice and did not complain about that. He is a true head-fier and I am happy to know him and do business with him. Thanks.
