I definitely do so far. X9k is technically amazing, but the Omega is remarkably natural and sounds real, while being astonishingly refined. Bravo!

Funny that faux leather of the pads is not stiff at all in spite of these being very early cans. Maybe they have changed the material over time?

Actually, it’s the same for some of the faux leather ear pads of the earlier Stax Lambdas. However, I do find that the ear pad on the Omega seems to be a bit stiff on my ears. Perhaps I have weak ears. However, over time, I have become more accustomed to them.
