Stax Sigma upgrade

Dear Kev, and all Stax lovers:

I have worshiped my 230v SR Lambda headphones since I bought them in 1982. I searched the earth for years and recently found a retired Stax Technician in France who sold me a pristine never-installed pair of drivers (electrostatic speakers). In order to install these extremely rare drivers, I need to also replace the original pair of TS-4601 thermistors, one of which I fried trying to de-solder. Stax Japan says that they have no record of the TS-4601 model or performance specs, and this Head-Fi thread is the only online online reference to "TS-1406" or "TS-4601" thermistor models.

Can anyone please help me find a source for a pair of either TS-4601 thermistors, or else a reasonably similar replacement?

If not, please reply with suggestions regarding the likely performance specs. My naive guess would be near-zero resistance below about 40-50 degrees Celsius, increasing to about 5,000 Ohms at higher temps (perhaps ~70 degrees?).

Many, many thanks,
-Sam
