It's probably some hair stuck in the driver, see if can see any sticking out.

Yup, most likely a hair. Take a close look at the driver in a good light, at different angles. Use a magnifying glass, if you need.

try listening without pads, too, if it disappears, the hair is in the pad. This is one of my grado-est annoyances with grados
