unfortunately, im not willing to spend the price i payed for the headphones on headphiles earcups. (i think it's a better deal just to get a darth beyer)

Any other suggestions?

Hmmm...you could try to find an old wooden goblet from a thrift store. Or, hollow out an old baseball bat?
