Hi, recently build a new computer. it buzz only when I play games.
speakers are jbl 305. asus prime z270a, evga 1080ti sc2
if I alt tab out of the game, whether if the game is fullscreen or windowed, the buzz stops immediately.
I tried to disconnect the ground pin on one of the speakers xlr cable, they still buzz. Does this mean it's not a ground loop problem?
I also tried to use a fiio e10k as the audio source instead of the onboard audio, same thing.
There is no problem with headphones and onboard audio source.
i also tried to use the graphic card audio, via hdmi to my display. there is no buzz through the display's internal speakers, but if I plug the jbl to my display's audio jack, the buzz is still there.
please help me.

could you have some multi channel options in game or in your soundcard? if so change them to stereo. same thing if you have sample rate and bit depth options, make sure they match what you have on your sound card.

are you trying to have some other sounds while playing? like music at the same time? does it change something?
