Hi guys!
I currently have a soundmagic PL30...
I'm thinking about getting either a PL20 or PL21.
From what I read people are saying that the PL21 is better and more fun sounding than my PL30's.
There hasn't been a lot of talk about the PL20's
but they seem to have worse audio quality, but have better build quality and design.
What do you guys think?

PL20 sounds similar to PL30, but with easier fit. PL21 is definitely a step up from PL20, and I prefer it over PL30 as well.

Personally, I would go for the PL21. The PL20 doesn't sound bad, and can be worn straight down or over the ear, since they are symmetric. So, if over-the-ear is a no-no for you, go for the PL20. Otherwise, the PL21 sound better in my humble opinion.

When I bought my long-gone PL21 I had the opportunity to hear a pair of PL20 too, at the same time. To me, the PL21 sounded a bit more detailed and they were much more comfortable.
