Yes, they are removable. I just tried on my own pair.

You are seeking free help. There are many regular head-fiers that help people all the time, but you need to adjust to the community's expectations instead of imposing your own (I have read your other thread). Otherwise you won't be very happy here because you'll get less help.

I have the Shure Alcantara pads. They fit my HP100 (same design, just different aesthetics) and are very comfy. They are also thicker, so if you feel your ears are getting squished they should help as they did with me.
