Complex multilayer power technology with 4uV reference level power supply system


The key two main power supply using soundaware innovative LP1 module (High Efficiency, Lower Noise, High Current), while expanding the current, reducing internal resistance to ensure high efficiency: 200mA --> 2A, dedicated 4uV level 500mA high-performance linear LDOs for AMP module.

8 channels, support class AB, class H:Large packaging with good heat dissipation, 8 DA channels with independent earphone AMP module, to meet the 8 channels&class AB earphone AMP mode of operation.

DA parallel indicators and performance enhancement: Parallel indicators and detail performance has a significant increase, but also to optimize the discrete single DA problem.

Lower power consumption ratio than the independent earphone AMP: power consumption is lower than the positive and negative power supply AMP chip, but instead of a higher power output.

How it sound and level of technicality compares to high end dongle like DC Elite and L&P W4?
Honestly as a manufacturer we are not in a position to make subjective comments about other products of the same type. But what is certain is that they have their own highlights. And some people do prefer the MDA3.:yum:

Technicality on par with W4. Dynamics are also similar. I find that W4 is a tad more musical in presentation, with MDA3 taking a more clean, accurate presentation. I think they're not a direct replacement of each other.

I don't like DC-Elite... It's quite technical as well, but the sound presentation is like a "wall of sound" to me, the layering just flat even though the dynamics are excellent.

Thank you for sharing your experience! Try the different filter modes of the MDA3 with the two output modes LO&PO, there are some interesting differences between them.
