Hi
Im looking for some closed back headphones that will give me the sound signature of the westone 4r. To me thats a warm lush sound with thick body that removes any thinness from recordings while retaining clarity/resolution/seperation with a gentle treble even slightly rolled back treble. I could do without the mid bass hump of the westone as i dont like a punchy sound, i prefer a soft laid back edge but i do like a deep extended bass that you feel as a rumble rather than a punch. Budget up to $1000. Oh and they need to be comfortable for long hours of listening. tx for any suggestions.
