Trying to find a decent pair of IEMs for walking around campus or riding the bus, would like to keep my budget below $60. What would you say is the best choice for rock/acoustic music.

You definitely don't want to walk around with the RE2's; they're a bit microphonic.

I've heard nothing but praise for the PL50, and they suit your preferences.

PL50s will work fine and provide adequate isolation. Your other considerations should be the NE-7M and Maximo IM-590 IMO. The RE2s aren't designed to be worn over-ear and the cables are too microphonic to wear them straight down, so that rules them out for walking.

I'd go with the Im-590, personally.

i never hear ok3, but i think if u want to chose between re0 and pl50, i will votes for pl50 for its sound

I'm using the S4's and I think these are great - however they're still a IEM so I'm not sure how these will fair while walking around.

I've been interested in the Yuin's tho since they almost work like small speakers in your ear so you can walk around without hearing yourself if you know what I mean.

what's your music taste? very important tbh.
I would not go with earbuds if you're on the bus (i..e OK3) to save your hearing.
