So you got some ED9 drivers and you need a shell for it ?

OP, your best bet would probably be another Ultrasone chasis since Ultrasone's drivers are meant to sit in front your ears as opposed to above them.  See if you can find some broken PRO series headphones on ebay or something.  It should be pretty easy to put those drivers in since you can unscrew the housing.
